Remote Presence Monitor
eServices tracks presence of all its servers every 5 seconds. We have 2 nodes that track our services on each POP, in total we have 14 nodes tracking our services 24/7.
External Monitors
Since 2009 when this service started we have 100% uptime, in order to provide this level of service we use external monitors that we lease from thrid parties to monitor not only our nodes but the Health monitors themselves, today we have 3 external monitors that check our services every 5 minutes from 3 completely different POP's.
Client Monitors
We provide numerous ways for clients to monitor their services, but we dont stop there, our dedicated support monitors your services 24/7 and will notify you immediatelly upon detecting any problems.
